No. Your booking confirmation on your phone is enough. Keep your hotel name and room number handy for pickup.
Booking & paymentCan I book a private or custom tour?
Yes. For a private catamaran charter, a group celebration, a company outing or your own island itinerary, send us the details on our private and custom tours page. We reply by email with options and a quote.
Cancellation & weatherWhat is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time for a 100% refund. Cancellations later than that, and no-shows, are not refundable.
Cancellation & weatherWhat happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe, we move you to a new date free of charge. If the new date is also affected, you receive a full refund. The Thai Meteorological Department publishes the marine forecast if you want to check it yourself.
Cancellation & weatherIs there a minimum number of guests on the catamaran?
Yes. The catamaran sails with a minimum of 40 guests. If that is not reached, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.
1-Day CatamaranHow much is the 1-Day Catamaran?
Adults (12 and over) ฿3,300, children (5–11) ฿1,900, and children under 5 join free. Child-size life jackets are on board, and the banana boat is for ages 5 and up.
1-Day CatamaranWhat is included?
Round-trip hotel transfers, an English and Chinese-speaking guide and crew, lunch on board with seasonal fruit, free-flow cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks, snorkel gear and life jackets (child sizes too), all the on-board activities (the water slide, floating sea pool, banana boat for ages 5 and up, kayaks, paddleboards and springboard), a Thai massage on board, the Pig Island landing fee, accident insurance and a first-aid kit. There is also a toilet on board.
1-Day CatamaranWhat time does the day start and finish?
Pickup is between 9:00 and 9:40 AM depending on your area. The catamaran sails from Bang Kao Pier at about 10:30 AM, and you are back at your hotel at about 4:30 PM.

The Five Islands (viewing from the boat), Koh Tan for snorkelling and water activities, and Koh Madsum, known as Pig Island.
1-Day CatamaranDo I pay a fee at Pig Island?
No. The landing fee at Pig Island is included in your catamaran ticket.
1-Day CatamaranIs snorkel gear included?
Yes. Snorkel gear and life jackets are included in the catamaran price, so you do not need to bring your own for the snorkelling stop at Koh Tan.
1-Day CatamaranAre the water slide, banana boat, kayaks and paddleboards included?
Yes. The water slide, banana boat (ages 5 and up), kayaks, paddleboards and springboard are all included in the catamaran price, so there is nothing extra to pay on board for them.

Yes. The Thai massage on board is included in the catamaran price.

Yes, there is a toilet on board.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options are available: please tell us when you book. Guests who keep kosher are welcome to bring their own food; just let us know when you book.

The banana boat is for ages 5 and up.

Our guides speak English and Chinese.

Yes. Child-size life jackets are on board, and there are life jackets for everyone.

Lunch is served on board: spaghetti with tomato sauce, sweet and sour chicken, vegetable spring rolls, fried chicken, som tam, salad, rice and fresh fruit. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options are available: please mention them when you book. Guests who keep kosher are welcome to bring their own food; just let us know when you book.
1-Day CatamaranI can't swim. Can I still join?
Yes. Life jackets are provided for everyone, and you can enjoy the sea pool, the sun deck or simply stay on board.

Adults ฿3,000, children (5–11) ฿1,700 and children under 5 free, including hotel transfers, an English and Chinese-speaking guide, lunch and soft drinks.

About three hours, with a morning or afternoon start. Hotel pickup is included.

You learn what elephants eat, help prepare their “Powerball” food, feed the elephants from the Skywalk, then watch them at the mud pit before lunch.

Island SafariWhat is Explore the Real Samui?
A full-day 4x4 island adventure from 9:30 to 16:30: the Big Buddha, a village experience making Khanom Ko, Wat Sawang Arom, a durian orchard and mountain-top temple, lunch with a view, Namuang Waterfall, rubber tapping and the Grandfather & Grandmother Rocks.
