- The Company will refund the amount paid to customers in any cases that Company cannot be deliver the product as per customer order with a timeline below
- Request a refund from an online customer.
In case of the customer cancel the order within 24 hours then the process time will be as follow
In case of full payment was made through Credit / debit card (Visa, Master card) then the refund will be reversed to the credit card used within 15-45 days as an estimate
refund lead time or depend on the term and condition of the bank credit card holder. However in this case company will be collected the Bank Charge of 7% from the amount paid and refund the net balance to customer credit card/debit card and company will inform customer by email once the refund process has been done.
- We reserve the right to change any conditions without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the period if it is over 24 hours after booking.
- The Company reserves the right to refund within the specified period in case of the force majeure
